This is my fourteenth year teaching. I have taught both in the United States and in Morocco. Most of my experience is with middle school students, and I have taught in a variety of classrooms from inclusion settings to gifted (currently).
It is my goal to raise students to be able to problem solve and think for themselves. I do not have the ambition to raise robots: I want critical thinkers for our society in the future.
I have been selected as Teacher of the Year for my school twice, as well as received the County Teacher of the Year once. I went on to be one of the top ten Georgia Teachers of the Year in 2014.
Bachelors of Education from The University of Georgia , Masters of Educational Leadership from Kennesaw State University, Education Specialist in Curriculum and Instruction from Lincoln Memorial University
