I use this for math centers and a rainy day indoor recess. My kiddos LOVE it, it plays into their natural competitiveness. -Basically- There are two players who take turns rolling two dice. They multiply the numbers together to find a product.

TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I did my student teaching in 4th grade at LSU University Lab School. My first two years of teaching I taught 3rd grade in Richardson Independent School District in Richardson, Texas. I am gearing up to start my fourth year of teaching 3rd grade and my second year in Bossier Parish, Louisiana.

MY TEACHING STYLE

I like to teach both structured and flexible small group. Students who are not involved in small group instruction at the time rotate between self-guided projects, centers, and technology opportunities. I believe student learn best in small-groups surrounded by peers on their level so students feel most comfortable to take educational risks and try new things.
