Title I Reading and Math Teacher
Hands on, engaging, and using technology whenever possible.
National Society of Collegiate Scholars Graduated Cum Laude
I graduated, with honors, from Kennesaw State University in May 2012. Since graduation I am constantly seeking ways to learn more, experience more, and teach more. I am planning on going back to get my M.Ed and adding Math and Science endorsements to my certification.
This is my 2nd year of teaching at a Title I school in the Metro Atlanta area. I am the school's Title I Reading and Math intervention teacher. I work with children in grades 1-5 who are below level and struggle in these areas. I love creating differentiated lesson plans using technology and hands on projects to keep my students engaged.
