TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I have been a High School teacher of Social Studies/History for 4 years. My students have ranged from 9th to 12th graders, although I mostly teach 10th grade students. I also serve as a Curriculum Team Member for African American History. Working at a Philadelphia charter school in a urban low-income community, I have mixed classes of regular and special needs students. Working with my students can be a challenge, but it has and continues to be worthwhile! Over the years, I have learned to produce material that are engaging, approachable, and meaningful. I hope you find them as resourceful as I do.
