TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I was born and raised in Dallas, TX where I have been teaching third grade for the last few years. I have also lived in Detroit, MI where I taught first and fourth grades.

MY TEACHING STYLE

I'm known for being loud, yet passionate. My classroom is rarely quiet because we are always working on something and I encourage lots of cooperative learning. I also believe in giving students lots of opportunities to explore things hands-ons which means my classroom is usually a disaster by the end of the day.
