TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I have been teaching for 17 years in the state of Georgia. I worked as a paraprofessional in 1st grade before that. For 14 years I taught 2nd grade. This is my fourth year teaching 5th grade.

I love to see my students engaged in their learning. I strive to make my lessons incorporate their active involvement. I believe the more actively engaged they are, the more real the content becomes to them.
