Welcome to and thanks for visiting Simply Ashley! My name is Ashley Richardson and I am a Behavior Coach working in North Carolina. I received my Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education. With an interest in curriculum and instruction, I continued my education pursuing a Masters of Arts in Education. In addition, I obtained a license in Academically and Intellectually Gifted (AIG) education. I have also obtained a graduate certificate in School Leadership. I have diverse experience working with children, teens, and adults in both general and special education settings. I have worked as a fourth grade teacher, AIG professional, school engagement coordinator, 3-5 literacy teacher leader, and now, a behavior coach. I also have experience designing and implementing new academic and social-emotional curriculum.
My main goal is to help people believe in themselves. Once people believe in themselves, they are truly able to reach their full potential.
