TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I am a Speech Language Pathologist who specializes in working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other related disabilities. I have worked with children as young as 6 months to adults as old as 21 years old.

MY TEACHING STYLE

I focus on using my clients, students, and patients strengths to improve their weaknesses. I use a loosely structured therapy style by following their lead while maintaining the structure with visuals and reinforcement.

HONORS/AWARDS/SHINING TEACHER MOMENT

Certificate of Clinical Competence - American Speech-Language and Hearing Association

MY OWN EDUCATIONAL HISTORY

I received a bachelors at Ohio University in Communication Sciences and Disorders (2015) and a masters in Speech-Language Pathology from Florida State University (2017). While at Florida State, I was a member of the Autism Spectrum Specialization Education Training Program (ASSET) Grant and received direct training regarding interventions for individuals with autism specifically in the school setting.
