Hello! I am a speech language pathologist who currently teaches at an intermediate school 3rd-5th grade. I have a vast experience, as I have taught every grade level and have even had the opportunity to teach a Life Skills class at the High School level.
Functional! I believe that everything taught should be functional and practical so that students can use communication in their every day lives!!
I am a New York State Licensed Speech Language Pathologist and and Certified ASHA member. I additionally received an ASHA ACE award for continuing education.
I do not think that you can ever have enough schooling! I love to learn and take classes all the time! I have my MA in Speech Language Pathology and I must have at least 100 credits beyond that!
Love my three kids and husband! Busy, busy, but love being a mom and slp!
