TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I've been teaching high school social studies since 1999.

MY TEACHING STYLE

I like to create activities that encourage critical thinking. When possible I like to incorporate a variety of lessons plan styles, to keep things from becoming stale. I strive for critical thinking, discussion, debate, creative representations of something that we read or studied, and activities that ask students to synthesize and create.
