Nicole Wilbur, MSW, LMSW Clinical and Macro, SSW, is the President/ Founder of Blue Water Anchor Non-Profit Organization: Promoting Education, Wellness and Success within the Community. Mrs. Wilbur is also a School Social Worker at Green Elementary School in Chesterfield, Michigan and a Social Worker/ Discharge Planner for Henry Ford Macomb Hospital in Clinton Township, Michigan. She was named School Social Worker of the Year in Region M in March 2017. She additionally has experience in homecare, hospice, palliative care and brain injury. She has enjoyed expanding her passion of presenting to Social Workers and other stakeholders through Macomb Community College, the MASSW state conference, Oakland and Wayne counties and various other venues throughout her career. Mrs. Wilbur additionally trains schools and organizations in Socio-Emotional Learning support, pain and symptom management in the school setting, grief, positive behavior intervention support (PBIS), the Calm Classroom Mindfulness program (through Blue Water Anchor Non-Profit), and is available for consultation.
