Since 2006, Mrs. Haddox has worked as a Speech and Language Pathologist for one of the largest public school systems in the United States. She specializes in developing speech, language and social skills in children between the ages of three and twelve.

Stefani Haddox holds both a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Disorders and Sciences and a Masters of Science in Communication Disorders, Speech and Language Pathology from California State University, Northridge. She holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence for Speech-Language Pathologists (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA). She holds a license from the Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology Board and a Clinical or Rehabilitative Services Credential from the State of California.
Stefani Haddox is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Palladium Education, Inc. Mrs. Haddox was the co-founder and Chief Financial Officer of Beverly Hills Software, a pioneer in website development and online advertising. Some of their website development clients included Microsoft's first Windows NT website, Super Bowl XXX, the 1995 Academy Awards, and the California State Legislature. Upon the sale of Beverly Hills Software to Internet.com in 1999, Mrs. Haddox returned to school and completed her Masters in Communication Disorders, Speech and Language Pathology. She conducted her externship and Clinical Fellowship Year at the Veterans Administration West Los Angeles Healthcare Center. During her time there, she worked with veterans who were impaired due to stroke, cancer and traumatic brain injury.
