I have been teaching special education in a variety of settings since 2012. I began working in a MD Unit at a public school where I served grades K-6 in a self-contained classroom. My next career move was to a school based on individuals identified with Autism. I worked with ages 6-16 in this school throughout my year and half working their. I then began my work at a charter in Youngstown, OH where I worked with 7th grade students. I currently work in a charter in Columbus where I have served 5th and 6th graders and currently work with 2nd grade students. I work with LLI, Wheatley, Eureka, and self created curriculum daily.
I work with small groups and love interactive, hands-on materials which can be difficult with such rigorous curriculum.
Cum Laude Graduate
I went to Olentangy High School in Columbus Ohio from K-12.
