I have enjoyed 25 years of practice, during which time my hoarding tendencies have allowed me to amass and create a huge range of resources. With my new love of mentoring and guiding undergraduate Speech Pathologists into their future practice, I am cherry-picking my resources, and updating them for current intervention styles and to maintain interest. My goal is for student speech pathologists to develop their own therapy 'tool kit' that they will use for the next 15 years rather than having to constantly re-invent the wheel.
Flexibility is key - all kids are so individual and what works for one leaves another cold. Resources must be adaptable, easy to make and easy to organize so that you can pull them out at a moments' notice.
I honestly don't take much notice, but there have been a few over the years
