In 2008, I graduated from Michigan State University with a Bachelor's degree in Communicative Sciences and Disorders. I went on to Wayne State University to get my Master's degree in Speech & Language Pathology in 2010. Since graduation, I have worked in the school setting with students ages 2-24. I have worked in a post high school vocational school for multiply impaired adults ages 18-24. While working in the vocational school, I worked on all different areas such as AAC, language, social skills, daily living skills. After 2 years in that program, I began working for a contract company part time. Since then, I have worked with students from preschool through high school.
My goal is to 'PUT THE FUN IN SPEECH THERAPY'! I love to play games and use my creativity to help students learn.

I am extremely blessed to have a wonderful husband and two amazing little ones! I am lucky enough to be able to work part time in the schools and stay home part time to spend time with my kids. In my spare time, I love to create materials to help and inspire other SLPs and help students enjoy and have a blast during speech therapy. I also love to go on walks, play with Microsoft Excel (I'm a nerd) and bake with my daughter. One day, I hope to be able to travel the world with my family.
