I feel that the key to successful education is turning the entire process into something personal to the student. My hope is that every student has the eventual ‘aha’ moment, the light bulb illuminates and the educate process actually begins. The key is to instill a desire to learn more. Teachers provide the didactic background and necessary skills to serve as the substrate to build a strong foundation. Once this foundation is established and the student can realize the satisfaction and reward of learning something new.
