This is my 20th year in education... I have taught 1st, 2nd, 4th, and 5th grade. I am now a District Climate Coach who gets the opportunity to help teachers which is a great source of joy for me.
I don't know if I have an exact teaching style. I do NOT like for all the kids to be in their seat... all working on the same things... all very quiet. I think that maybe organized chaos sums it up :) Everyone has different needs... so when you walk in it might look a little confusing, but we're ALL learning!
Does an award for OCD count? Because if it does..... Or an award for being able to "hold it" the longest?

I grew up as an Army brat... moving all around the world. I lived in Germany for 8 years as a kid and that made such an impact on my view of the world. I am a mom to two teenage boys. In my free time I enjoy traveling, painting furniture, and naps.
