I have successfully completed 9 years of classroom teaching experience. I will be entering her second year as Instructional Coach; where I will be mentoring teachers by modeling best practices, providing feedback and support, and facilitating professional development.
I am dedicated to guiding students to succeed while inspiring a passion for learning. I am a person with enthusiasm, creativity, and passion who believes that all children can learn and thrive in a learning environment that is stimulating, comforting, and appropriate to their unique talents and abilities.

I have received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Early Childhood Education with a minor in Mathematics. I have just completed a Master Degree in Teaching, Learning, and Assessment through National Louis University this March 2016.
Our goal is to train and support teachers in their reading & writing instruction in order to improve student outcomes in literacy. Many districts have moved towards a workshop model approach to student learning. We want to provide the on-going training and support teachers need to successful implement reading & writing workshop in their classrooms.
