I spent 12 years in the classroom before taking a little time off to stay home with my children. I volunteer twice a week in the classroom working with small groups on reading and math skills.
I loved using small groups and centers to differentiate in the classroom. This was a great way to incorporate games to build excitement, maintain student engagement, and deepen understanding. But, the best part of my day was sharing books with my students!
