For the last nine years, I have taught English Language Arts grades nine through twelve and university level speech communication, fundamentals of communication, and mass communication courses. Outside of the classroom, I have lead professional development training for teachers covering various topics from Google Classroom basics to storytelling.
Learning should be a curiosity quest. I like to make learning hands-on and self-guided. My goal is to create a creative learning community that produces achievement through explorations in curiosity, respect, professionalism, preparation, equity, rigor, kindness, consistency, safety, and fun. Most importantly, being a steward of learning means being a lifelong learner and setting the example of lifelong learning.
