I make content that can be difficult for struggling learners more approachable. I also love making content that is often not students favorite more engaging.

HONORS/AWARDS/SHINING TEACHER MOMENT

My biggest honor or shining moment is when a student who told me they hated school the first day of school but by the end told me class didn't feel like a normal ELA class because it was fun and not boring. #teacherwin

BA in Liberal Studies with a concentration in sociology. Credential in Special Ed Mild to Moderate Level 1 and Level 2. Certified Highly Qualified in ELA. Autism Certified. MA in Curriculum Design and Instruction. MS in Special Ed (almost finished).
