I've spent 3 years as an occupational therapist in the K-12 setting, but also taught reading, cooking, and computer skills to adults with disabilities. Before deciding on a masters degree in OT, I studied graphic design. As a result, I currently design the website, many flyers, and conference brochure for my state OT association.
Combination of demonstrating and facilitating. I like to provide hands-on activities that require a high level of repetition, especially when teaching students how to form new letters or relearn how to complete a life skill.
