I believe the teacher's main role is to become a strong facilitator and less of a "lecturer". I strive to encourage collaboration among my students and build a positive rapport among all students. I employ project based learning into my daily routine and I'm always looking for new ways to make the learning relevant for my students. I'm never done learning new methods to meet my students' needs and I am constantly evolving my style to help each student succeed.
