TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I have been a math educator since 1991 - nine of those years were as a curriculum coordinator and three of them as a school-based math coach for a large urban district. Over the course of my career, I have worked with a team to create several curriculum guides providing me with a tremendous amount of experience in developing standards-aligned lessons, tasks, and activities. In addition, I have taught middle school math for many years and often develop my own materials to use with my students to provide them with engaging and effective learning experiences.
