TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I have been teaching for 6 years. I have been a special education social worker, a special education teacher, a Title I teacher, and an adult ESL teacher. I also teach children ages 4-12 through children's ministries. I absolutely love working with children with special challenges and figuring out how to help them enjoy the school experience. Teaching is a thrill!

MY TEACHING STYLE

I strive to make classes engaging, creative, and multisensory. I use the following programs and philosophies in my highly individualized instruction: Wilson Reading System, Lindamood Bell, All Kinds of Minds/School Attuned.
