TEACHING EXPERIENCE

Prior to becoming a teacher, I worked as a graphic designer, photographer and freelance artist. I have spent the last three years in the classroom as an art teacher. I started my career at STEAM Middle School in Burleson, Texas and am currently the high school art teacher at Merkel High School in Merkel, Texas. I graduated with a BFA in 2-D Studio Art and Graphic Design from Abilene Christian University and am currently pursuing my Masters of Arts in Art Education at Boston University.
