TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I taught Social Studies for 4 years ranging from grades 7-12 and have been a Library Media Specialist since January 2015. I am a certified Reading Coach. I also spend the summer working at the local public library. I love to read and decorate.

MY TEACHING STYLE

Students would leave my room full of information and come back the next day ready to take on more. We have lively discussions. I think whole brain teaching is amazing and wish I could figure out a way to incorporate it into every lesson. I focus on common core, primary sources, and reading comprehension.
