TEACHING EXPERIENCE

For the past 20 years, Joyce has taught adults all levels of English as an Additional Language from Absolute Beginner through to Advanced. She has written curriculum at the Beginner and Intermediate levels for teenagers and adults. She has also taught TESOL (teacher training) classes. Joyce received her M.A. TEFL/TESL with Merrit from the University of Birmingham in 2005. Her additional training includes teaching and invigilating both the TOEIC and IELTS English proficiency exams. Joyce is a long time member of B.C. TEAL and has Standard III TESL Canada Teacher Certification.
