TEACHING EXPERIENCE

My early teaching experience was in traditional public elementary schools where I was the only teacher in the classroom. Most recently, I have been working in a co-taught, inclusion classroom in a charter school in Atlanta. I have been a mentor teacher for several years and enjoy sharing my work with others. I love my job and I love my kids!

MY TEACHING STYLE

I love co-teaching and enjoy the challenge of differentiating almost individually for each student in my room. We work in a primarily project based classroom with a focus on learning through the work. I don't do a lot of worksheets, but there are times when it happens.
