Experience with teaching students at elementary and middle school levels. Each teaching experience is unique and provides a scaffold for further learning.
Perhaps more than style, it is hard work and organization that tops my priority, nevertheless, hands-on activities to provide students with a smooth transition from the abstract to the concrete is a winner. I believe in taking on the role of a facilitator and directing teaching and learning to be more student focused. Definitely, less teacher talk and more action gets the pace of a lesson going. Above all being empathic to students' needs goes a long way in achieving positive outcomes.
Having the privilege of being a Teacher.
