I have taught for 20 years in Title One schools with very high levels of ELL students. I teach first grade and I teach my own ELD class.
I teach using best practices. I use balanced literacy and differentiated instruction.
I have an endorsement on my teaching license for Reading Specialist K-12, and ESOL K-8.
I graduated from Western Oregon University with a BA in early childhood and elementary education. I earned my M.Ed in curriculum and instruction from Lewis and Clark College.
