I believe in teaching or enhancing student's cooperation skills by providing a lot of opportunities for cooperative and collaborative activities. I think building a strong relationships with my students is a key aspect to a successful classroom. I try to encourage my students to actively engage themselves in classroom activities and become life long learners.

When summer break rolls by, a non teacher always comments on how lucky I am that I will be off for two and a half months! I think to myself, before you comment and say that "I'm lucky" you should think twice... It's not luck that made me a teacher, it's my inspiration, my passion, my hard work, my willingness to work late nights, my ability to manage stress, and my devotion to meeting the needs of individual children.
