I have over 35 years experience with teaching grades K through collegiate level self contained and departmentalized in public, private, and charter schools. I have a passion to help young teachers cultivate a love for teaching and their profession. Most of my materials are easily implemented, research based, and effective for ANY teachers on ANY grade levels! Great for beginning teachers as well as experienced veterans. These suggestions and ideas are inexpensive and easy to set up. My systems are based on behavior experts such as Harry and Rosemary Wong, Lee Cantor, Fred Jones, Marvin Marshall and many others in the field.
I'm extremely hands-on with my teaching style, using cooperative learning groups and partners for almost every activity in the classroom. These teaching styles require extremely effective classroom management skills but the pay off is worth it! As Harry Wong says, "Your classroom will run like a well oiled machine!". Your students will LOVE school, you and most of all LEARNING!
