TEACHING EXPERIENCE

Middle and high school teaching experience. I have the most experience, and passion, teaching middle school mathematics. Middle "squirrels" are my favorite bunch.

MY TEACHING STYLE

Differentiated instruction. Believing that every student is a child with great potential. I strongly believe that when students are learning math, it needs to be interesting, motivating, engaging, and relevant to their lives! And who doesn't like a little fun in math, too? I also believe that giving students the opportunity to reflect on their own learning is a crucial part of their learning process.
