I taught Social Studies and Language Arts at the Middle School Level in North Carolina. I taught Learning Disabled and Autistic students in Southern California. Most recently I was a Gifted Coordinator for a School District in Western Pennsylvania.
I teach differentiated lessons to try to engage learners of all interests and abilities.

I attended Montessori preschool. I skipped Kindergarten. I attended public school for first grade, then was home tutored for 2nd-5th. I attended a private Christian School for 6th and 7th and then returned to Montessori for 8th-11th. I attended Mary Baldwin College, Program for Exceptionally Gifted for my Senior year of High School in conjunction with my Freshman year of College. I received my Bachelor's in Secondary Education, Social Studies from Clarion University of Pennsylvania and almost completed my Masters in Educational Psychology, Gifted Ed from UCONN.
