TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I began my teaching career 16 years ago teaching music K-5. I loved it and taught music for two years. Then, an opportunity to enter the classroom presented itself and I began teaching 4th grade math, science, and social studies. I have spent the majority of my teaching career in 4th grade but am now teaching 3rd grade math.

MY TEACHING STYLE

I enjoy providing my students learning opportunities that are constructed within a theme or purpose. Many of my instructional packets revolve around a mission to complete. My most popular products are Math Missions, Road Trips, and bundles that have a simulation type experience. My kiddos love to pretend while learning!
