Reading and Language Arts teacher since 2012 (3rd and 4th grades)
I like schedules and routines, because I firmly believe children thrive when they can rely on structure. I also believe students will succeed when the conditions are appropriately conducive to a positive learning experience. Thus, my teaching style is structured, with flexibility for diversity among the student body.

I am passionate about making learning fun for students again. Today's children face so much more at an early age than my generation did. I believe the classroom should be a safe, fun place where students can enjoy the process of learning and discovery.
