TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I am currently a 5th grade teacher and I love it! While my primary focus is math, I also teach science and social studies, and have a solid background in English langauage arts. My special education background and experience with English language learners provides me with a wide perspective on student needs. I have worked in my school system for 8 years, and it is a fantastic journey each and every school year!

My teaching style is very student-centered. I love guiding students toward making discoveries and exploring the world around them! The more collaborating the better!
