TEACHING EXPERIENCE

This is my third year teaching K-12 at a small co-op in North Texas and as a home educator.

This year I will teach object-oriented programming to 9-12, lead a STEM enrichment class for elementary and middle school, and teach a math enrichment class for K-2.

In addition, I teach a multiage group of K-3 as home educator of my own children. We follow the CCSS for English and Math and align to the TEKS for science, but we use an interdisciplinary curricula for Bible, Geography, and History.

MY TEACHING STYLE

My passion is to connect knowledge and application with though-lines and active learning projects both in my classroom and in my personal learning.
