TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I have worked in education since 2008 in various positions K-6 within general education and special education classrooms. I am currently working as a Special Education teacher in North Carolina.

MY TEACHING STYLE

I enjoy the problem based collaborative approach to teaching. I feel that students learn best when given explicit modeling and ample time to practice what they have learned with peers. My philosophy is creating is knowing and achieving happens through sharing.
