TEACHING EXPERIENCE

Hello Teachers Pay Teachers Community! I am a young teacher from Alberta, Canada and have been teaching for 5 years. As I continue to grow as a teacher, I am continuously changing my style, ideas and approach to learning. I have taught grades 4-6 and loved each grade. I tutor on the side, during all my spare time, and I coach basketball and volleyball,

MY TEACHING STYLE

I am a strong advocate of design thinking and inquiry based learning. I have more recently been able to master these skills and continue to experiment with them in my classroom. I use projects and problems to engage my students with the curriculum and try to relate everything we do to the students lives.
