TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I have taught ELA, Health, and Social Studies for grades 7 through 12. My main teaching area is ELA and I have also taught the Diploma 12 prop course. I teach in Alberta and Saskatchewan.

MY TEACHING STYLE

I enjoy getting students to work together to fuel creativity and aid in the learning process. My units/lessons are multifunctional, as they include direct instruction, group work, and individual accomplishment.

HONORS/AWARDS/SHINING TEACHER MOMENT

Honors in English from the University of Saskatchewan. Plublished for poetry in several manuscripts and journals.

MY OWN EDUCATIONAL HISTORY

I have a 4 years English Degree from the University of Saskatchewan. I also completed a Bachelor of Education with a major in ELA and a minor in Native Studies.
