Austin is a 4th grade teacher who has also taught students from Pre K- 6th grade. He is also the technology implementation specialist for his building. Autumn is a special education teacher who teaches K-5 students in a resource room setting. She also has prior experience in a 2nd grade regular education classroom, and a self-contained special education classroom.
Austin focuses on writing creative lessons that include topics students are interested in, technology, and high expectations. He encourages cooperative learning and student problem solving. Autumn incorporates high interest, varied activities that meet individual needs while helping students make progress towards grade-level standards. She also mixes in lots of movement and fine motor activities to help students stay engaged.
Magna Cum Laude- B.S. in Elementary Education
Austin and Autumn both graduated from College of the Ozarks with degrees in elementary education. Austin is currently pursuing a master's degree in educational technology from Mizzou and Autumn is pursuing a master's degree in literacy from Missouri State University.
