I taught high school science, mostly either the learning disabled or honors for 8 years. I began my speaking and writing career in 2004 and have helped thousands in 10 countries, end fears, learn new skills, challenge ideas and attitudes and move forward in education, science and learning. I continue to speak, give seminars to the gifted and to large groups. I study and read journals and current research on physics, consciousness and the brain, physiology, weight, exercise and food production. I also read psychology and how diet and exercise affects mood learning and learning differing abilities. My book, The Periodic Table of Elements Coloring Book is available on Amazon in paperback as well.
My goal is to help change the way we teach science in this country. My other goal is to help empower parents and teachers to help guide their children with confidence through the sciences and science learning so that the old generational fears of science end with us.

Graduated University of Alabama at Birmingham in science and education.
Teresa, a high school science teacher for 8 years, decided to quit teaching, and homeschool both of her children. In 2004 she became involved in the community and was quickly answering questions about science. So much so, that each book written was to answer the demand for information. She started getting requests to write for magazines, being featured in magazines and speaking and consulting. Please visit the web site at; www.HowToTeachScience.com
