I have been an educator in the CNUSD for 30 years. While in high school and college I also taught preschool, so I've been educating children for about 35 years.
I believe in being fair, loving, and in natural consequences. I do not believe in giving the kids 'the answers'. I would rather see them struggle to obtain the answer. Real learning takes place and the child feels truly rewarded by their effort and achievement.
A very long time ago, in 2003, I was selected as Teacher-of-the-Year at my school.
I graduated with my BS in Child Development from California State University, Fullerton in 1987. I completed my Elementary (K-8) Teaching Credential, from CSUF, in 1988.
I have been married to my wonderful husband for more than 30 years. We have two adult daughters and four grand-adorables that we love so very much.
