MY TEACHING STYLE

Hi. I'm Rebecca Gwynne and while I did not originally major in Education and did not know I wanted to be a teacher until I graduated with my bachelor's degree----teaching is my calling, my passion, and a career I love, value, and respect. No one truly knows the hard work we, as teachers, put in every day. We are in our classrooms--- with our students--asking the right questions, presenting the material in an engaging way, and assigning meaningful work that stretches and solidifies the curriculum points we covered that day. It is hard work, and at it's core--our hard work is our future. We are responsible for educating our nation's children so that they grow as students, flourish as individuals, thrive as scholars, and master the knowledge and skills to succeed as adults and responsible citizens of society. I would say my teaching style is a mix of creative, enthusiastic, innovative, and effective.
