TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I'm starting year 33 as an educator -- and 25 of those years have been spent in a variety of beautiful, cozy, K-8 library media centers. My classroom experience includes Montessori preschool (3 and 4 year olds) and public school kindergarten and first grade. I've been a librarian at the elementary, intermediate, and middle school levels.

MY TEACHING STYLE

Work hard, pray hard, read a lot, smile a lot, hug a lot...and have a little fun, too!

National Board for Professional Teaching Certification, 2005.

MY OWN EDUCATIONAL HISTORY

B.S.E. in Early Childhood/Elementary Education and Middle School Social Studies (University of Central Arkansas) M.S.E. in Library Media and Information Technologies (University of Central Arkansas) Professional Certificate in Online Education (University of Wisconsin-Madison)
