K-12 English Language Arts Educator for 10 years; I have taught dance, drama and been a tennis coach and currently facilitate a Girls Who Code Club. I am currently launching an educational leadership blog/website called "An Aleatory Imaginarium." My focus includes: Writing, Literature, Educational Technology, Arts Integration, Leadership and Professional Development.
My philosophy is based on the concept I studied in my dissertation: Creative Collaborative Educational Leadership (CCEL), a philosophy which approaches educational leadership as an inclusive, creative domain in and of itself. My pedagogical approaches are based on student-centered, project-based and service learning in which learners are explorers.
