TEACHING EXPERIENCE

Been teaching band going on two decades

MY TEACHING STYLE

Military Cadet is probably the best description. I'm huge on creating a community and establishing culture in our band room, a safe place were the kids can work hard, play hard and achieve personal bests and wonderful memories. I strongly feel that young people need to truly understand the people and history behind the music we play. I don't just want them to continue in music and band, I want their kids to feel and do the same!

HONORS/AWARDS/SHINING TEACHER MOMENT
