TEACHING EXPERIENCE

Together we have over 35 years of teaching experience in the general music classroom. We have been trained by Apple Education Specialists and are both Orff Level III certified. We present at local and state levels in the Midwest. We have created the Beat Blocks products and lessons.

Abigail S. Blair is a preK-5 music teacher in Northbrook, IL. Her education includes an undergraduate degree in Music Education (Augustana College), a Masters in Music Education (Boston University), and Level III Orff certification. In addition, Abigail has also studied theory, production, and songwriting courses from Berklee College of Music, and has been trained by national Apple Education Specialists. She is a regular presenter at universities and school districts on the subjects of interactive classrooms, arts collaboration, and musical production. She is the creator and author of Beat Blocks ® products and lessons.
